Grill/Sandwich Iron in Cast Iron

Convenient double grill iron made of cast iron. Withstands high heat. For preparing, for example, hot sandwiches over an open fire. Remove the small pin in the hinge and you have two small frying pans to fry eggs on!

Usage: Wash the grill iron with water before first use. The grill iron withstands high heat and all types of utensils, including metal. Use butter or oil in the iron for proper seasoning. Once the iron is seasoned, only a little cooking fat is needed.

Care: Wash by hand with hot water without detergent. The grill iron should not be washed in a dishwasher. Wipe with paper towels. Grease the iron to avoid rust. Stuck food residues can be removed and the grill iron cleaned with steel wool (without detergent) or equivalent. After that, the iron should be seasoned again. In case of rust formation, do the same.
