The grill iron withstands high heat and all types of utensils, including metal. Use butter or oil in the iron for proper seasoning. Once the iron is seasoned, only a little cooking fat is needed. Care: Wash by hand with hot water without detergent. The grill iron should not be washed in a dishwasher. Wipe with paper towels. Grease the iron to avoid rust.
