Reversible griddle / Grill plate. A very useful reversible griddle that can be used on the grill or directly over an open fire, but also on old stoves & gas.

One side is equipped with grill stripes that give vegetables and meat a nice grill pattern, while lifting the ingredients up a few millimeters for perfect cooking.

The other side is flat and is perfect for making smash burgers or frying softer ingredients that would otherwise easily stick and fall through the grill grate. Fish fillets, mushrooms, vegetables, and similar. The griddle is also excellent for really large schnitzels.

The flat side also has a small drainage area for fat, thus preventing the ingredients from being "boiled" in meat juices.

This is a must for all cooking enthusiasts who want to elevate outdoor cooking as well.
