A deep sauté pan is suitable for sauce-based dishes, as it has higher edges than a regular frying pan. The award-winning non-stick coating prevents ingredients from burning onto the bottom and makes the pan easy to clean. A tempered glass lid is included. Scanpan Pro SB+ Scanpan Pro SB+ is designed for the conscious cook. All frying and cooking vessels are hand-cast at the factory in Denmark and have a base made of recycled aluminium. The vessels are coated with Scanpan's own award-winning Stratanium+ coating. It is considered the toughest non-stick coating on the market and is even more durable than previous coatings from Scanpan. Pro SB+ also enables sustainable cooking. You can use minimal fat in the pan and still achieve perfect frying results. The cookware is easy to keep clean, extremely durable, and features a stylish design built for years of use. The black exterior is paired with an elegant handle in black anodized steel. The series is oven-safe up to 250 degrees and works on all heat sources, including induction.
