Gense Dorotea Vase

The design is inspired by the nature surrounding the small village of Dorotea. Here, the ice has created a landscape of mountains, valleys, and vast open areas, which together form soft, undulating shapes that seamlessly flow into one another. This transition is something often overlooked, even though it is precisely here that the adventurous and surprising part of the design lies. With its minimalist and organic shapes, the Dorotea collection combines tradition and craftsmanship with international-level design. Simultaneously, the silky surfaces and colors of the ceramics have clear references to the blue, violet, green, and yellow hues of the Northern Lights.
