The design is inspired by the nature surrounding the small village of Dorotea. Here, the ice has created a landscape of mountains, valleys, and wide open spaces, which together form soft, undulating shapes that seamlessly transition into one another. This transition is something often overlooked, even though it is precisely here that the adventurous and surprising part of the design lies. With its minimalist and organic forms, the Dorotea collection combines tradition and craftsmanship with design at an international level. Dorotea is made from 91% recycled stainless steel. This means the stainless steel has lived a previous life, as they say. In addition to being extremely durable, stainless steel can be melted down and transformed into new products without losing its properties and qualities. Stainless steel can be reused indefinitely and is therefore a material that keeps on giving. Design: Monica Förster
