7-hole blini pan made of oil-treated cast iron. The oil treatment creates a natural coating for excellent frying properties, and the cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly and effectively. The blini pan can be used for more than just traditional blinis, such as small egg pancakes, potato rösti, tortillas, and spicy fried eggs.

Cast iron is not suitable for acidic foods like tomatoes and fruit. When using on a stove/glass hob, it is important to lift the blini pan when moving it – never slide it back and forth on the stove. Hand wash, avoid detergent if possible to preserve the natural coating, and always ensure the cast iron is completely dry before storage.
