The Brasserie series is made of aluminium. The saucepans and frying pans have a ceramic coating on the inside, black coating on the outside, and matte brass-colored handles and grips. Brasserie is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and is oven safe up to 220 degrees - with the glass lid only up to 200 degrees. We recommend using plastic or wooden utensils. Not suitable for dishwasher. Wash with hot water and soap before first use. The ceramic coating is made of raw materials that do not contain PFAS.
