Gas Smoker Teno

A highly efficient gas smoker with a very large smoking area.

The smoker features six grids and hanging hooks in the ceiling for hanging whole fish. The wood chip container and burner are located in a separate compartment, which can be opened during smoking without the temperature dropping in the main smoking chamber.

The smoker has two cast iron burners of 2.93 kW each = 5.86 kW, ensuring even heat and smoke production. Includes 6 chrome-plated smoking grids of 56 x 36 cm. An enameled liquid/grease tray is placed under the grids. Wood chips are placed in an enameled chip pan.

Sturdy carrying handles facilitate moving the smoker. The amount of smoke can be regulated using the damper in the chimney. The temperature in the smoker can be monitored with the integrated thermometer.
