The sauteuse conducts heat away from the bottom and is ideal for sensitive food, such as sauces, porridge, risotto, and more. Elegant design developed in close collaboration with star chef Mathias Dahlgren. The sauteuse features even heat distribution to prevent burning. The handle is comfortable and has a good angle. It is spot-welded for hygienic reasons – there are no rivets on the inside where dirt and bacteria could otherwise accumulate. Proper handling will extend the product's lifespan and improve your experience. Fry or sauté food at 2/3 of the stove's maximum heat. Higher heat is only for boiling water. The product works on all types of stoves and in the oven. Always wash with dish soap after use. When using a dishwasher, be aware that some detergents can affect the aluminum core. If unsure, we recommend checking with the detergent manufacturer. 3.5 mm thick body built in 5 layers Works on all stoves, including induction Can be used in oven up to 260°C ∅ 22 cm.
