Carbon steel pans are excellent for all types of frying – vegetables, fish, and meat. They have similar properties to cast iron but with a lower weight. Our carbon steel pans are pre-seasoned and ready to use after the first cleaning. The wooden handle cannot withstand high oven temperatures.

The inside of the pan will change color over time, which is completely normal. Rapid temperature changes can cause the bottom to become uneven. Therefore, heat the pan gradually to the desired temperature. Cooking with acidic foods breaks down the pan's natural patina layer and is not recommended.

Tina Nordström mandoline: The chef Tina Nordström's mandoline is adjustable to three different thicknesses and has a safe position for risk-free storage. The mandoline features a razor-sharp stainless steel blade and an ergonomic handle. The thickness is easily adjusted with the knob on the side of the mandoline. A finger guard with a good grip is included. Note! Never use the mandoline without the finger guard for your safety.

The mandoline is dishwasher safe but should be hand-dried after washing. Always ensure that the mandoline is in a safe position before wiping it down. Keep out of reach of children.
