Satake Shiro Frying Pan 24cm

A lightweight cast iron frying pan with ceramic non-stick. The ceramic coating evenly distributes the oil to provide a perfect cooking surface. An outstanding frying pan for all types of frying – vegetables, fish, and meat. The pan is, of course, free from added PFAS.

Before first use: Make sure to wash the pan. Boil a little water in the pan for a few minutes before washing it with a small amount of dish soap and a dish brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Care instructions: When using on an induction stove, use approximately two-thirds of the capacity. Never use the boost function, as the heat increase is too intense for the pan and the coating. This function is only for boiling water. Never pour cold water into a hot pan. Never overheat an empty pan. Cleaning is done by hand in warm water with a small amount of dish soap and a dish brush. Dry thoroughly immediately after cleaning.

For prolonged durability, reduce the amount of acids during cooking. We recommend using fat during cooking, both for durability and flavor.
