Description
The set consists of a fillet knife, a steel-woven glove, and a metal soap. The glove improves your grip on the slippery fish while protecting you from potential accidents. The metal soap removes odors from fish and onion that regular soap cannot handle. The knife is made of German steel X50CrMoV15 and the handle is made of Pakkawood. The handle is ergonomic, which, along with its well-balanced body from tip to edge, makes it more comfortable and easier to work with. Size: fillet knife: 33 cm (blade: 21 cm).
