Global's large wooden cutting boards are made of silver oak, which is a gentle material that is excellent for cutting boards. Maintenance • As needed - oil the cutting board generously with paraffin oil and let it sit overnight, then wipe off any excess oil. • Oil any dry spots with a little paraffin oil as soon as they are discovered.
