A sturdy and stable cutting board from Continenta with a stainless steel collection tray. Since the cutting boards are made of 100% natural wood (rubberwood), the best way to maintain them is by cleaning with a damp cloth and oiling them occasionally with cooking oil (olive oil, sunflower oil, or similar). Wood reacts to moisture and temperature changes. Both should be avoided, as well as cleaning in a dishwasher.
